AI law for creative professionals
Who owns the rights to prompts, who owns the outputs - and where does the training data come from? Can the results be used internally or also by customers?
AI tools are part of Felix May's everyday life. He knows their strengths and weaknesses – especially when it comes to integrating them into design processes and branding systems. Whether in customer projects, experiments, or prototyping – Felix May works with lawyer Britta Klingberg to get the most out of the tools in terms of design while keeping an eye on the law.
Together, they will give you deep insights into a wide variety of practical examples and show you options where you might lose your bearings. Always in view: German and European legislation. This will enable you to better assess the tools in the future and know what to look out for – regardless of whether you use them internally or want to publish the material. Each section of the webinar presents a use case from everyday agency life, which is then evaluated from a legal perspective.
When? The webinar will take place on November 10th, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (with short breaks) and will allow plenty of time for questions after each practical example.
The participation fee of €560 (plus VAT) includes a handout with the design and legal assessment.
The webinar is limited to 20 participants!
