  • Purpose & Design --> “Meaning” that creates value. Purpose and social responsibility: how relevant are they to brand strength and value creation? You will learn how to identify a brand’s relevant purpose, the level at which it needs to operate, and how design can become its catalyst.
  • Identity & Culture --> A “we” that creates identity. In times of skilled-labor shortages, inspiring people to join and stay with your organization is becoming increasingly important. Together, you will explore the potential of brand strategy and brand design for building an attractive employer brand. You will learn how to develop initiatives and formats that foster an identity-shaping corporate culture.
  • Customer Perspective & Brand Experience Design --> Customer centricity that creates value. How do customers perceive and experience the company, the brand, its products, and services? What influences and motivations drive purchase and recommendation? You will learn what this means for brand strategy and brand design, and how both can contribute to building sustainable relationships between customers and brands.
