In the Character Lab, Jeannette Bergen demonstrates how to develop unique characters and visual scenarios using Midjourney—from the initial concept to the final image, including variations and short animations. The focus is not on technology for technology’s sake, but on creative intent:

## TWO DAYS, ONE WORKFLOW: FROM CHARACTER CONCEPT TO FINAL IMAGE
### DAY 1
The first day covers everything from an overview of the interface, prompt construction, and image references to the creation of a fully developed creature with multiple variations—including style transfer and an iterative refinement process. By the end of the day, every participant will have a fully developed character concept.
### DAY 2
The second day goes deeper into advanced techniques: fine-tuning, composition, combining AI-generated characters with photography, and developing variations for short visual narratives. The workshop concludes with the creation of a short animated image sequence.
